Chrysler's engineering department developed several landmark innovations during the 1950s including four-wheel, self-energizing hydraulic disc brakes and the famous "Hemi" V-8 engine.
In 1963, Chrysler introduced the Chrysler Turbine. The vehicle was powered by a turbine engine similar to today's jet engines. Although it never went into full production, Chrysler had
contributed to the overall technology.

CHRYSLER CARS
"The 2005 Chrysler's new second- and third-row seats fold perfectly flat, flush with the floor, revealing more than 160 cubic feet of cargo space. That's substantially more than what's available in any sport-utility vehicle, including the behemoth Chevy Suburban."

In the winter, always be prepared for an unexpected emergency. You should carry most of these items in your car: first aid kit, windshield scaper and brush, small ice scraper, matches, candles, flashlight, warning triangles, flares, lock de-icer, battery jumping cables, shovel, a bag of salt-sand, a blanket, winter gloves, and a cell phone if possible. Have a rope in your car in case it's needed for towing. And of course have some
warm clothing, gloves, and boots to keep in the car.
